I) think I’m a little unique in how I approach problems. Having spent sometime working on old vehicles, I understand patience (sometimes waiting over a week to finish mechanical work if required), and I also understand that if a book tells you a certain way to do something, there’s usually a better way to do the same task for less. Granted, you have to figure out that method and will probably still encounter issues along the way. So, I would say I’m rather good on dedicating myself to a solution until I’ve achieved what I want to. In addition to that, I think that I can work pretty well with most people, but I’m really good at working with those that are sometimes uncomfortable talking to others and/or are shy. I’ve found myself often leading those around me, especially when something less than ideal has just occurred, so I believe I’m relatively confident and calm in most situations. I’m also pretty organized, all of my roommates agree that I tend to keep the apartment clean and organized, more so than most people would.

Steven described my abilities, he was a little vague.
2- Nick A.

Nick’s English is a little rough, but I felt that we both connect well and he described me based off a few good experiences he has had with me.
3- Roe B.

Roe is one of the more direct applicants, but I think that she gave a a very unbiased (and perhaps accurate) description of me.

Joe is one of my roommates, so he gets to see a little bit of me that others don’t. I think that’s why he knew how much effort I put into some tasks.

Nicholas is a friend I met relatively recently, but I think this has allowed him to give his first impressions as well as what the changes he’s made in his opinion after time together.
3) These definitely aren’t my closest friends, but I think they did a decent job describing me. They all had different things to say, which I think helped describe me a little better. I do think they were a little more focused on saying nice things about me (except for Roe) than just describing me. This is definitely apparent in Nick’s interview. More or less, I think all interviews described me as confident, but is some cases that can come off as dominating, which is detrimental in occasion. I think a major difference between how I view myself and others is that I act differently around each of the mentioned people, so they don’t see everything that I would consider important to my personality (but then again, who does). I would probably change some of the wording from the interviews, but I agreed with everything everyone said overall. I would change my description by focusing more on how I deal with other people, and how I tend to focus on my own goals.
